聚异氰脲酸脂(PIR)是由异氰酸盐经触媒作用与聚醚发生反应制成发泡材料,其物理与防火性能比一般矛氦酯泡沫塑料更为优异。 是一种理想的有机低温隔热材料。具有导热系数小。阻燃性能强、轻质防震、适应性强。广泛于LNG、炼油厂、化工厂、乙烯、化肥、冷库及建筑业保温隔热。

Polyisocyanurate (PIR) is a foamed material which is obtaired after isocyanate reacts with polyether through accelerant. The physical and fire resistance are better than ordinary polyurethane foamed plastics. It is an ineal organic low-temperature heat-insulating material, with low heat concluctivity coefficiert, strong flame resistance, light weight, shock resistance and strong adaptability, widely used for the insulation at LNG, refineries, chemical industries, ethylene, chemical fertillizer, refrigerating ware house and construction industries.

  • Excellent heat conducting performance, rariking the first in all refrigerating materials.
  • Fire retarding perform ance meeting Grade B1 of GB8624 and American ASTME 84 codes.
  • When used under extremely cold environment, it shows strong resistance to pressure, low heat conductivity and excellent stability of climension.
  • After cutting, they are capable of meeting requirements of various thickness, laminated mechanisms, ensuring the engineering quality.
  • Temperature ranging -196℃~+160℃
